I love your collection and your cabinet.

I thought about getting a similar one made, but was way too expensive. I ended up getting an IKEA cabinet for a bit less than HK$3300. However, I still like your idea though.

If you have seen my collection, I have all my boxes stacked up. I did not separate the acrylic tops and the plastic bottoms as they were in too many different sizes.

How do you get the lighting to be so bright?

One more thing: your models are all on an angle, with them pointing slightly to the right. Is there a reason to this? I pointed mine to the left since the doors are on the left too, and I can see more of the details.

Yeah, I have seen you collection and they are lovely as well.

My cabinet is placed in the corrridor leading to my room
because of the limited space, the cabinet can only be made to 8" deep
so I just can't stack the boxes in it

The bright lighting comes from the lights in the corridor~
so I don't need extra soptlights in the cabinet

For my fleet pointing to the left (or right?... the nearside anyway~ )
the reason is that I go back to my room from that way
I want them "greet" me whenever I'm back

Waa, you have a great collection there as well!

I have one concern though...what are you doing with the mirrors? You have to be really careful or they will break off, since you are putting the models together so tightly.

I have quite a few models with broken or missing mirrors. I tried to stick them back whenever possible.
