你可以用 '公共服務' 帳號，之後按'地圖編輯公具' 再按第一個'增加城市人口'
不過佢都會幫你自動起cityroad
你一開始嗰陣禁多幾吓就唔驚冇人撘車啦

另一個可以增加人口既方法...
就係利用公共服務, 之後跟以下步驟 (我用英文版既.. 所以下面打英文啦)
Special Construction Tools > Map Editing Tools > Build Urban Building
利用" Build Urban Building " 入面既樓進行建築.. 就可以增加城市人口
再加上樓上所講既 剔除 "allow city growth"... 咁你自己創造既道路就唔會變成cityroad架啦...

至於增加客量... 呢樣真係還望其他版友補充...
小弟有個約5萬人既城市...
最多客既路線(來回加埋約60站, 係串連數個轉運站既流水線)
派出20架單層巴士... 每班車平均客量都唔夠30人...
相比起其他版友既城市... 客量真係少一大截

如果你版圖入面好多地方都有路線去到(不論需唔需要轉車)，客流量會相應增加

首先去 Simutrans \ pak( number ) \ config 裡面搵 simuconf.tab


假設而家要換做 city road 個款路既檔案名係 way.bratus_HKroad1.pak
係 simuconf.tab ( 用 記事本 / Wordpad 開 ) 搵番下列文字再根據上述檔案名改成紅字咁就 okay

(留意番 pak 版本) ( 假設用 pak128 )

pak128 v1.4.6 ( 配合 Simutrans 111.0 之前既版本，利申：未試過將呢個pak版本用落 111.0 同 111.1 試)
