Isn't increasing the dwell time a solution? The ideas I have for a double-decker train are:Under these ideas, boarding and alighting passengers would not clash each other, and passengers would be willing to go to the inside of the compartment as they would need to pass though it to exit the train. I think some of the above have already been implemented somewhere in the world.
- Each car has two wide doors: an entrance and an exit
- Each car has two staircases: one for going up and one for going down
- The lower deck is standing only, while the upper deck is seating only
Do you know the chain effect if we increase the dwell time of each trains at each stations??
Do you think the passengers are willing to stand in the first class?? Even in the lower deck??
If they want to stand, why don't they just take the standard class??
Have you ever consider the problem of headroom while standing in the lower deck or upper deck in first class??
If you take a reference of the Tokyo Metro 05 series train introduce the wide door in the past few years, you will know the adoption of wide door is a failure.
The conclusion is:
It is not possible to adopt extra-wide door and double decker in the first class of the new NSL trains.

其實05系個case唔可以算係完全fail,
而家佢的後繼車15000系都承襲左佢的闊門設計,雖然唔及05闊

做幾乎全企位列車根本就是一件好事,只在頭尾兩卡保留少量座位就可以了。反正南北線是“市區集體運輸”鐵路(我不信到了2020年時大埔、上水還是荒山野嶺),是流水用途的,站站都有大量乘客上落(就正如巴士的流水線經常性下層企人,上層半空一樣),難道深圳地鐵羅寶線設計時真的會預計有大量乘客從羅湖、老街、會展中心等地方坐到機場東?!如果這些長途流水鐵路真的有那麼多人搭,電車堅尼地城至筲箕灣就不用只開半小時一班啦!

我覺得龜應該考慮好似LAR Trains咁買定多一卡番嚟,有需要就盡快掛埋上去
另外,馬鐵閘門建議龜唔好考慮好似龍華線咁裝假閘,應該整埋門
不過想像還想像,龜係唔會做嘅...![]()
