One of the interesting schedule in journey was after arrived Austria, I got in and out Germany again at the same day.
德國同奧地利同屬申根國,唔需要辦理出入境手續,過關就係個人係交通工具上無聲無息地過左兩國邊界
As Germany and Austria both in Schengen Agreement, you can travel through their boundary freely without showing the passport.
前文提及,奧地利擁有唔少湖區,隔離既德國亦係,德國有一個湖幾出名,叫國王湖 (Königssee),由於距離邊境唔遠,由Salzburg前往大約只需要個幾鐘車程。車程由兩條巴士線組成,840以及842,於Berchtesgaden Bahnhof轉車
As mentioned in the previous post, Austria has many lakes, Germany also. A lake called Königssee is near the boundary. Tourists can travel from Salzburg less than 2 hours. The whole journey consists of route 840 and 842 and the interchange stop is in Berchtesgaden Bahnhof (Berchtesgaden train station).
首先登上840,屬DB OberBayernBus既MAN Lion's City. 840 由DB OberBayernBus (又稱RVO)及Albus Salzburg聯營
Firstly got on Route 840, a MAN Lion's City which belongs to DB OberBayernBus (Also called RVO). Route 840 operates by RVO and Albus Salzburg together.
大約一小時就黎到Berchtesgaden Bahnhof,一個巴士轉車站,除左會有幾分鐘時間俾你轉車外,部車臨到站時會講埋connecting bus會係幾點開出
Traveled for around 1 hour would get to the Berchtesgaden Bahnhof with bus interchange. The monitor in the bus shows when will the next connecting bus departs. Usually passenger will have several minutes for transfer.
登上842,屬DB OberBayernBus既MB Citaro. 本車特式係後山特高,由車頭到最後一排要行上四級,車尾亦特意加高以防乘客頂頭
Get on 842, a MB Citaro which belongs to DB OberBayernBus. Passengers need to go up 4 steps before getting to the last row of seats from the doors. Height of the bus in rear part has also be increased.
到達湖區,要再坐約60分鐘船先上到去湖入面。順便影多兩張車尾相。
Arriving the lake area, change for a ship to get into the inner part of the lake. 2 more photos for the rear part of the bus.
至於回程,當然係坐842轉840返Salzburg,842既尾班車,大約16:40就會到國王湖,今次係一部Setra S315UL
The return journey was taking the 842 and transfer to 840. The last bus of 842 will arrive Königssee at around 16:40. This time the journey started with a Setra S315UL.

首次坐Setra,棍波車,低扭唔錯,避震作為一部intercity級數巴士亦合格有餘,值得一讚係車內冇乜雜聲。下圖為落車後一攝
First time to try for a Setra bus. The bus mounted with a manual gearbox with powerful torque. Suspension is good for a intercity level chassis. Also nearly no noise is made by the cabin component. Photo below was taken after I got off.
由於今次有11分鐘轉車時間,而840未到,所以影下車。
This time had 11 minutes for transfer and the route 840 bus still not yet arrived. Thus I took some photos.
Setra S315UL again
MB Citaro,新到logo都未上,但係小弟影完呢張相之後,出站個時車尾掃落部S315UL倒後鏡,後窗打後多左幾條痕...
I think is a new bus as no logo on it. Unluckily it got damaged after I took this photo, as the rear part crashed on the mirror of the S315UL when leaving the bus stop.
架840終於到,同去程842為同一部車
The Route 840 was coming, the same bus that was running the 842 before.
其實要分DB OberBayernBus既車好容易,因為大部分車既頭閘都係得一頁,仲要係趟門
To distinguish DB OberBayernBus's buses is very easy as most of their bus only have single front door, and is a plug door.
