Not sure if the moderators check these postings but I saw this on the ADDON London facebook and please do take a look it seems there's been a fix for LHT maps all along.
Marc Beindorf Hi Rhys! Do you know that OMSI feature with [LHT] entry in the global.cfg for RHD maps? This function use the normal site with "0" by the stop cubes beside the road and switch it that the pedestrians do not run on the road. In the video I have seen that still run before the buses.
