How do you make a repaint for JG249's Dennis Dragon?

I know how to make repaints in general but I need some help with JG249's repaint template, when I open the file in paint.net, it's transparent, how do I make it non-transparent so that I can work on the template? Thanks a lot!

In order to make the texture non-transparent in paint.net, you will need to set alpha to 255.
To do this, you may need to install the Alpha to 255 plugin if you haven't done so. When you're done editing the texture, you may also need to reduce the opacity of the layer (to about 15) for the texture to be displayed properly in OMSI.
