為統一機隊，本公司於是日售出1部 B737-100，1部 B737-200C ，1部 MD80 ，1部 ATR42-400 及2部 B737-500 航機 ，並加訂四部 B737-900 航機，以替換退役的客機。另外本公司亦開通來往香港至東京(成田)、印度 Kulu和印尼德拉敦的航線。

此外，本公司股價已突破 3 點，在此再次感謝各股東對本公司的支持。

In order to unify the fleets, we sold a B737-100, B737-200C, MD80, ATR42-400 and 2 B737-500 aircrafts, and ordered 4 B737-900s in addition to replace the retired fleet. Apart from that, we have added Tokyo (Narita), Kulu(India) and Dehradun(Indonesia) to our network.

In addition, the Company's share price has exceeded 3 points, thanks for the support of our shareholders.

亞洲快運已經成功向政府申請加開 100 條定期客運航班

亞洲快運集團今日公佈，本地政府正式批准亞洲快運集團加開 100 條定期客運航線，即表示亞洲快運集團最多可營辦 700 條定期客運服務。亞洲快運集團對於此表示歡迎，此安排為亞洲快運集團發展史上之重要時刻。鑑於此項新服務之安排，亞洲快運集團將會向空中巴士公司分批加訂將 100 部空中巴士 A380-900 客機。空中巴士 A380-900 型客機為目前世界上載客量最高之客機，現時本公司旗下 678 條定期客運航線由空中巴士 A380-900 型客機營運。另外一條商務航班，本公司稱之 "商務快線" 則繼續以波音 737-800 BBJ 商務客機服務。因應亞洲快運集團全線使用空中巴士 A380-900 型客機之關係，本公司總載客量已經比之前全線使用空中巴士 A380-800 客機提高接近 36%，同時可以使本公司收入提高；該型號客機可載客 875 人並連續飛行 20,000 公里，對於亞洲快運擴展網路非常合適。目前本公司已營運 700 架同空中巴士 A380-900 型客機。另外，亞洲快運集團一向以安全至上及乘客為先之服務態度兩大方針營運。因應保障乘客安全問題及飛機之性能，本公司每部客機每飛 375 小時將會前往定期大檢 (即 C-Check)。是日亞洲快運已經將為數二十六部空中巴士 A380-900 型客機送往本集團屬下之維修部份作 C-CHECK 大檢。而該二十六部客機原先服務之航線將由本公司後備機隊補上，絕不會影響乘客。

亞洲快運將分階段加開航線，集團管理層深信加開航線後將會為亞洲快運集團收入提高約 20%。為配合業務發展需要，亞洲快運集團是日斥資接近四億元買入約十億磅燃油作日常營運之用。是次交易之所需款項由本公司流動資金全數即時付清。

SUPER ASIA WILL EXPAND OUR NETWORK BY GOVERNMENT APPROVED

Super Asia today announced, we will increase 100 passengers and 100 cargo air-routes by local governemnt approved; id est Super Asia Group can maximum to operate 700 schedule passenger routes. Super Asia Group welcomes of this arrangemnt; this arrangement is an important movement for Super Asia Group History. Hence of this expansion, Super Asia Group will purchase 100 Airbus A380-900s Passenger Jets from Airbus SAS. Now, Super Asia Group operates Airbus A380-900s passenger jet in 678 passenger routes. The other Business Jet service, we called it "Business Express" is continually operate by Boeing 737-800BBJ aircraft. Due to Super Asia Group operates Airbus A380-900 jets in whole passenger routes, the capacity of the Super Asia is increase 36% than operated by Airbus A380-800 aircrafts; the income also increase at the same time. Now, Super Asia serving principally long-haul desinations with 700 Airbus A380-900s. Airbus A380-900 able to fly 20,000km non-stop with carrying 875 passengers. The A380-900 fits perfectly into our operation and we will keep negotiate with Airbus Company for purchase more A380-900s. Moreover, Passenger safety and Service Attitude are our priority since Super Asia Group established. Since guarantee passenger safety and the aircraft condition, every Super Asia aircraft will go to C-Check for every flying 375 hours. Today, Super Asia Group has been sent the 26 Airbus A380-900s to our Maintenance Department for C-Check. Super Asia Group has spare aircrafts to replace the C-Check one; not affect to any passengers.

Super Asia Group will phase expand our network. Our management team estimate the income will increase 20% after our expansion. In addition, Super Asia Group purchased 1,000,000,000 lbs gasoline for daily operation with the total price of around four hundred million dollars. This transaction is paying by our liquid capital, all payment is completed when the transaction is processing.
