你對《中國機動車污染物排放標準》的解讀是完全錯誤的

其實國標第一至四階段排放標準在污染物限值上同歐盟一至四期是完全一樣的
只是國標對污染物的測量方式以及實施日期上同歐盟有所出入。
此外目前並未有制定任何比國四更為嚴格的排放標準
所謂國五只是對任何高於國四排放標準的一個臨時名稱，
簡單來說歐五丶EEV甚至歐六在內地都只能暫稱為國五。
