本壇自上月起不時接獲海外用戶反映，指本壇伺服器偶爾無法連接 或 傳輸速度變慢。本壇曾就此事向伺服器供應商查詢，並獲覆指海外網絡不穩定的問題經已妥善處理：
Dear customers
I would like to inform you that the network In/Out from overseas have been solved. It was caused by an attack inside out which caused the network at a very congestion level at all time. Datacenter has resolved the matter, while we are reviewing our datacenter strategy at the moment to hope ensuring better connectivity and avoiding such issue again.
