The simutrans had its apex, but over time, it lost its strength. Today, there are new updates that made the game much better, more addons were created, but even so, the number of players is still small. Anyone here, you still play Simutrans? If so, post here your city, your transportation project or how you play.

I'm so glad that I am not the only one playing this game. XD

I have started this with a friend 2 years ago and we keep expanding it. It has now reached a size of 1535x1535.

We didn't play this online. Rather, we just keep sending the file back and forth and complete bits and pieces when we had the file.

The picture below shows a replica (kind of, well... just alignment wise) of a pretty famous train station in Japan, could anyone guess it right? XD

P.S. Does anyone knows how to past picture from onedrive directly instead of showing a link like what I have now?

For me, the hardest thing is to name all the bus stops (as I hate the default naming systems )
Search "Wellton" in this forum board and you may be able to find some of my old posts

One of the busiest stations in a main city, with over 20 short haul routes shuttling to different residential areas.


The Central Bay Interchange, literally, located at the very centre of the whole map.


Lai Tin Station, terminal station of two railways.


Lastly, Fu Hau Town Centre, the bus terminus of route 245X. Route 245X is the busiest bus service is the town which departs every 1-2 minutes.

also has a new design that allows road vehicles to use both lanes of the road in a single direction.

I built a ShaTin (w/o MaOnShan) save, in few years ago, but now I changed to CIM2 for my virtual HK projects.

becoz CIM2 support more "serious" and designed transport system

but simutrans have more flexibility on making "Order" service to clear the queues,
and require players to have higher skills of departure management lol

佢應該講緊一號銀海 ( 定唔記得港灣豪庭 )

以前都有呢個 pak , 但係嗰陣一轉方向啲 tile 就會錯晒位 , 所以就 del 咗

唔知而家仲係唔係咁 ..

呢幾棟野個 passenger factor 大到咩咁（好似係 20000？） .. 吓吓都要車海送人入去
而方向呢 .. 呢個 save 我唔敢轉方向，因為試過一轉完再 save，下次開唔翻，好彩咁啱有 backup 到先用得翻
