MTR Service Update 唔好意思同事嘅說話令各位誤會,大家可以睇番英文原文寫道:
「MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the procurement of new Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) 」
意指並非即時招標買新車,而是邀請有意之後再投標關於「輕鐵第二期列車」項目的人,表達其意願
假設 MTR Service Update 表達了意願是打算參與,港鐵日後再開標購買新車,或者翻新列車時,就會開始評選我們會否出綫
不過留意英文版後面仲有句
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the procurement of new Light Rail Vehicles (LRVs) to replace the existing Phase II LRVs running on the Light Rail.
First LRV is required to be delivered by the 3rd quarter of 2018 with the remaining LRVs delivered progressively by end 2021.
